15 Best 90s Comedy Movies

United States Comedy feel good nostalgic

Dumb and Dumber and Groundhog Day sit at opposite ends of the decade’s comic range, pure slapstick versus a smart premise, and The Big Lebowski barely made money on release but is now the most quoted film around. The Nutty Professor has Eddie Murphy playing an entire family, The Mask applies cartoon logic to a live body, and Tommy Boy is Chris Farley and David Spade at their silliest. Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey, Liar Liar, Austin Powers, My Cousin Vinny, Home Alone, Mrs. Doubtfire and Wayne’s World round out the list.
