6 Best Motel-Set Movies of All Time

By Vlad Zakh · February 28, 2026

A roadside motel is full of strangers passing through, for better or worse. The Florida Project has a young girl and her struggling mother living in a budget motel near Disney World, Identity strands strangers during a storm, and True Romance has a couple on the run hiding in cheap rooms. No Country for Old Men, Bagdad Cafe and Psycho round out the six.
