Harry Bernard was a familiar background presence in dozens of Laurel and Hardy comedies and frequently played policemen and irritated authority figures. Berth Marks crams two musicians into one sleeping berth, Bacon Grabbers repossesses a radio set, Laughing Gravy hides a dog from a no-pets landlord, and Any Old Port! drags a drifter into prizefighting. Liberty and Men O’ War round out the list.
