6 Best Gloria Grahame Movies

By Vlad Zakh · January 22, 2026

Gloria Grahame became one of film noir’s defining faces, bringing a wounded, sultry vulnerability to women caught in dangerous circumstances. In a Lonely Place shadows a screenwriter’s romance with murder suspicion, The Big Heat has a gangster’s moll helping a vengeful detective after being disfigured, The Bad and the Beautiful recalls a ruthless producer’s rise and fall, and Oklahoma! pits two suitors against each other. Crossfire and A Woman’s Secret round out the list.
