Trapped together for miles with nowhere to run, passengers aboard these lavish trains find themselves at the center of murder, espionage, and chaos. In The Lady Vanishes (1938): A young woman aboard a European train insists a kindly governess has vanished, though no other passenger remembers her. Another standout is Murder on the Orient Express (1974): A legendary detective investigates a murder aboard a snowbound train filled with suspects, each with a motive.
