6 Best Hiding a Body Comedy Movies

By Vlad Zakh · June 13, 2026

The darkly comic panic of concealing an inconvenient corpse has powered some of black comedy’s most gleefully absurd films. In The Trouble with Harry (1955): A small Vermont town’s residents repeatedly bury and unbury a troublesome corpse found in the woods. Worth seeking out is Shallow Grave (1994): Three roommates’ decision to keep a dead stranger’s suitcase of cash unravels into paranoia and betrayal.
